What You'll Do
- Learn and sell our nationwide drug testing and occupational health services
- Contact prospective business clients by phone, email, and other outreach methods
- Build relationships with business owners, HR professionals, safety managers, and decision-makers
- Educate employers on the benefits of workplace drug testing and compliance programs
- Schedule appointments and conduct sales presentations
- Follow up with leads and nurture opportunities through the sales process
- Prepare proposals and assist with closing new business
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Work closely with management and senior sales professionals to develop your skills
- Meet individual sales activity and performance goals

Required Qualifications
