This role is designed for someone willing to start at the ground level, learn every aspect of the business, and work their way into a senior leadership position.

This is not a typical entry-level job. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional focus, and a determination to succeed. The right candidate will begin by supporting day-to-day operations and projects while gaining hands-on experience across the company. Over time, the goal is for this individual to grow into a key leadership role managing the US Drug Test Centers team and helping drive company growth.

The long-term objective of this role is to develop into a Senior Operations Manager / Team Leader responsible for:

  • Overseeing operational projects and timelines
  • Improving efficiency and internal processes
  • Helping increase company revenue and growth
  • Keeping the team organized, focused, and motivated
  • Assisting leadership with strategic initiatives
Initial Responsibilities

While learning the business, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with operational and administrative tasks
  • Supporting ongoing company projects
  • Coordinating with team members and departments
  • Helping track project progress and deadlines
  • Maintaining organization of internal systems and workflows
  • Assisting with reporting and data tracking
  • Learning all aspects of the US Drug Test Centers business model
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Willing to start at the bottom and earn their way up
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to stay focused and productive with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems
  • Professional, reliable, and accountable
  • Interested in leadership, operations, and business growth

What This Role Is NOT

This position is not ideal for someone looking for a temporary role or short-term employment. We are specifically seeking someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually become a key leader in the organization.

Growth Opportunity

US Drug Test Centers believes in promoting from within. This role offers a clear path to increasing responsibility, leadership opportunities, and financial advancement for the right candidate who proves their dedication and performance.
