US Drug Test Centers is seeking a knowledgeable and highly organized DOT Safety Administrative Team Member to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in onboarding and supporting new DOT employer clients by ensuring full compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing regulations.

This position is ideal for someone with expert-level DOT compliance knowledge who is passionate about educating others, building strong client relationships, and supporting workplace safety programs through exceptional administrative execution and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and guide new clients through DOT compliance requirements during onboarding
  • Manage and review Driver Qualification (DQ) files to ensure FMCSA compliance
  • Provide sales support for compliance-related services, including policy packages and online training modules
  • Host webinars and virtual sessions on DOT compliance, DQ file management, Clearinghouse regulations, and best practices
  • Assist clients with navigating FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements, recordkeeping, and random program management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training materials, resources, and customer onboarding workflows
  • Stay current on DOT rule changes, FMCSA updates, and emerging compliance trends

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations, especially Part 40 and Part 382
  • Experience working with or within a TPA, motor carrier, or safety compliance program
  • Familiarity with DQ file management, drug and alcohol testing program structures, and consortium participation
  • Comfortable leading presentations, trainings, or webinars for clients and teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a DOT compliance, safety administration, or fleet management role
  • Background in selling or supporting compliance services, training programs, or regulatory consulting
  • Knowledge of Clearinghouse
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and cloud-based compliance platforms
